Key Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team. Responsibilities include:
Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patient comfort
Taking and processing digital X-rays
Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments in accordance with infection control standards post-treatment instructions
Scheduling appointments and assisting front desk operations when needed
Maintaining and ensuring HIPAA compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Dental Assistant experience preferred
Compassionate, friendly demeanor with a strong patient-first mindset
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with digital dental technology and electronic records
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
