Midtown Dental Care is looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn dental assistant that is a great team member. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental digital technology, have a willingness to learn and be willing to help the team.

Our office: Modern paperless office, with 4 dentists (3 of them female) that do general restorative dentistry with state of the art technology. We have an encouraging and positive atmosphere, and encourage your autonomy within the office.

Responsibilities Include: Assisting chair side for the dentists, dental hygienists, using computers, maintaining proper sterilization with instruments and operatories, taking digital x-rays, digital scans, Panoramic and CBCY x-rays. Knowledge of Cerec Primescan, the Trios Scan, Sprint Ray 3D printing, and Dentrix practice management a plus. Above all else, wanting to provide the best care for our patients!

Qualifications
Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
Knowledgeable in general dentistry and digital dentistry
Familiarity with 3D scanning and aseptic techniques
Experience with EMR systems, particularly Dentrix
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Ability to perform X-rays and manage vital signs
Background in pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry techniques
Ideal candidate has minimum of 2 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
