YOUR ROLE
As a Dental Assistant, you will spend your days staying attentive to both doctor and patient needs, always striving to create a memorable and comfortable experience for everyone who enters the operatory. You will run the room as the main person next to the doctor, not just as an auxiliary, ensuring that procedures flow smoothly. You will be a supportive, coachable teammate, paying close attention to other providers and team members who may need your assistance. Each day, you will demonstrate your ability to adapt, communicate, and contribute to our mission of exceptional patient care in a private, highly focused environment.
DENTAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and listening skills
Openness to learning and adapting to new systems and direction
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
Ability to function as a main support next to the doctor in the operatory
Team-oriented mindset, ready to assist other providers and staff
YOUR HOURS
Your schedule will be full-time, with required evenings and weekends. Typical hours are 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and every other Saturday from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm. The specific days can vary depending on the agreed schedule, ensuring flexibility while meeting the needs of our patients.
