Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our dental professionals in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your primary goal will be to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and have a positive experience at our practice. You will work closely with our dental team to provide support and assistance in all aspects of patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform required for dental procedures
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care
Desire to serve children in the community through healthcare
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dentrix software
Six months or more of hands-on Dental Assisting
Knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization, and infection control
Responsibilities:
Assist dental professionals in providing high-quality dental care to patients
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Assist with taking and developing dental x-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and scheduling
Skills:
As a Dental Assistant, you will use your knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization, and infection control to assist our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients. You will also use your compassionate and patient-focused approach to ensure our patients have a positive experience at our practice. In order to excel in this role, you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to assist with dental procedures and to support our dental team in providing the best possible care to our patients.
