Job Description
Cordial Dental is a patient-focused general dentistry practice providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Worcester community. We offer comprehensive dental services in a modern, well-equipped environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist dentist during clinical procedures including restorative, endodontic, extractions, and prosthodontic treatments
Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after each patient
Take and process digital X-rays
Perform sterilization and maintain infection control protocols (CDC & OSHA compliant)
Set up instruments and materials for procedures
Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and chairside support
Chart dental procedures accurately in dental software
Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed
Ensure a positive, calm, and professional patient experience
Qualifications
Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience)
X-ray certification (required)
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
Experience with digital dental software preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
