Job Description
Oasis Dental Team, part of Dudhat Dental Group, the Official Dentist for the Philadelphia Eagles, is seeking a skilled, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team.
Our ideal candidate brings professionalism, punctuality, and a team-first mindset to every workday. You should be proficient with intraoral scanners and comfortable assisting across a broad range of dental procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform digital scans using intraoral scanners
Assist with oral surgery, restorative, prosthodontic, and other general dentistry procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials
Clean and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and provide care instructions as directed
Help patients feel comfortable throughout their visits
Anticipate clinical needs and help keep appointments running efficiently
Contribute to a supportive team culture through clear communication and a willingness to help
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience with the procedures listed above
Proficiency with intraoral scanners
Professional appearance, conduct, and communication
Consistent punctuality and dependable attendance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and commitment to patient care
Required certifications for assigned duties, including radiography where applicable
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay starts at $23, with higher starting rates based on your experience and demonstrated skills. A full suite of benefits is available to new team members.
