The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant who wants hands-on experience, autonomy, and meaningful patient impact.
This role offers a flexible schedule within our operating hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. You can set your availability within those days, making this an excellent opportunity for students or those needing weekday flexibility.
If you’re looking for clinical experience outside of a traditional dental office and want to make a real difference in underserved populations, this role stands out.
Compensation
$18 – $25 per hour based on experience
Open to negotiation
What You’ll Do
Assist chairside during exams and restorative procedures
Take radiographs (if certified)
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Set up and transport mobile dental equipment
Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and facility teams

Completion of a Dental Assistant program (RDA preferred)
Strong professionalism and reliability
Comfortable working with geriatric populations
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Ability to work independently and represent the practice well
