Job Description
We are a high-volume implant and oral surgery practice specializing in full-arch (All-on-X) procedures, and we are growing rapidly.
We’re looking for a skilled surgical assistant—or a motivated dental assistant ready to level up—who wants to gain experience in advanced implant and sedation procedures.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in oral surgery and implant procedures for two to four patients a day
You will only be assigned to one patient and one operatory at a time
We have dedicated sterilization tech to sterlize all instruments
Support IV sedation cases
Requirements:
2+ year dental assisting experience
Oral surgery experience preferred
IV sedation experience a plus (we will train the right candidate)
What We Offer:
$30–$40/hour depending on experience

Case volume - you will only see 2 patients with only one doctor

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm (No weekends)
Predictable hours
Pay: $33.00 per hour
