Job Description
Traveling Oral Surgery Assistant for our growing Oral Surgery program
High School Diploma or GED required.
Dental Assistant certification as required by state regulations.
Previous oral surgery or dental assisting experience preferred.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and sterilization procedures.
Experience assisting with surgical procedures, extractions, and implant cases preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
The Oral Surgery Dental Assistant plays a critical role in supporting oral surgery procedures and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. This position works closely with oral surgeons and clinical team members to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and operational protocols.
