Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take x-rays
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients and education regarding treatments
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
- Assist with dental lab work as needed
- Perform basic dental procedures, such as applying sealants and fluoride treatments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with dental software, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
