Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
Are you the Dental Assistant everyone loves working with?
We're a welcoming, established private general dental practice in Palm Beach Gardens looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who brings confidence, positive energy, and an AMAZING personality to the office!
We want someone who knows dentistry inside and out, can work independently, enjoys mentoring others, and genuinely loves connecting with patients. Clinical skills are essential, but your personality, attitude, and ability to lead by example are just as important!

What We're Looking For
5+ years of Dental Assistant experience
Strong experience with general dentistry procedures
Confidence assisting with implants, temporary crowns, restorative procedures, and more
Ability to work independently and anticipate the doctor's needs
Experience training and mentoring other Dental Assistants
Strong organization, multitasking, and clinical workflow skills
A proactive team player who takes ownership without needing constant direction
A charismatic, outgoing, friendly personality that makes patients and teammates feel comfortable

You should be equally comfortable leading the clinical team, jumping into a complex procedure, training a newer assistant, or building a genuine connection with a nervous patient.
