Dental Assistant – Join Our Growing Private Practice!
Hometown Dentistry in The Villages, FL is looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a modern, patient-centered private practice committed to providing high-quality dentistry in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA/CDC infection control standards
Fabricate temporary crowns, take impressions, and assist with digital scanning (experience preferred)
Educate and support patients throughout their visit
Maintain inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked
Help create an efficient, positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred
EFDA certification is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Reliable, organized, and a true team player
