Job Description

Premier Dentistry is a modern 3 operatory office. We are a General Dental office.

Looking for a dental assistant for full time. 4-5 days per week
Hours: 10-6pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting and be proficient in various dental procedures, ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.

Prepare and maintain the dental operatory, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.

Take and develop dental X-rays, including medical imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Manage patient records and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Utilize Dentrix
Conduct preliminary assessments including taking vital signs and recording medical history.

Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Ensure a welcoming environment for patients by managing front desk duties when required.
