Dental Assistant Part-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. This position could be a 1 or 2 day a week schedule. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment. Duties May Include:
Assist the dentist during all general and surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are prepared and available.

Take dental X-rays and Digital Scanning.

Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix.

Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, or training from an accredited educational program.

Proficiency in infection control practices within a dental clinic setting.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent patient care.
