Job Description
We are seeking a warm, dependable dental assistant to join our family-run, functional dental practice.
Our office is known for thoughtful, personalized care and a high level of customer service. We are looking for someone who is clinically capable, attentive to detail, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for.
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during dental procedures
Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
Anticipate clinical needs and help the day run smoothly
Communicate with patients in a calm, friendly, professional manner
Support the team wherever needed
We’re Looking For
Current California dental assisting certifications, including radiology and BLS
Dental assisting experience preferred, but strong newer candidates will be considered
Exceptional communication and customer-service skills
Professional, polished, and dependable
Proactive, organized, and able to follow systems
Comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to learn
Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude

We are not a high-volume office. We take the time to educate patients, anticipate their needs, and make every interaction feel personal and well managed.
