Periodontal Surgical Assistant
Premier Periodontics – Greenfield/Wauwatosa, Wisconsin
Full-Time | On-Site | Starting at $24/hr (DOE)
Premier Periodontics, a locally-owned and growing specialty practice, is seeking a dedicated Periodontal Surgical Assistant to join our team. We have two locations: Greenfield and Wauwatosa.
We’re not your average dental office—we’re a team of passionate professionals committed to exceptional care, positive patient outcomes, and long-term oral health. We partner closely with referring practices throughout the Milwaukee area to provide world-class periodontal services, and we’re looking for someone who values that level of collaboration and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Provide chairside surgical and non-surgical assistance for periodontal procedures
Deliver four-handed dentistry with confidence and precision
Coordinate patient care before and after procedures
Communicate professionally with referring dental offices and specialists
Help maintain a smooth, organized, and patient-centered environment
Who You Are:
A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and passionate about patient care
Confident in four-handed dentistry and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting
Comfortable with professional correspondence and care coordination
Prior dental assisting experience is strongly preferred, but we’re open to training the right person
What We Offer:
Starting wage of $24/hour, depending on experience
