Ready to do dentistry the way it's supposed to be done? Trident Smile Studio in Pineville, NC is a small, single-doc private practice that's building something different—something better.
We're looking for a Dental Assistant immediately–this is a primarily clinical role with some cross-training, ideal for someone who wants to grow, stay sharp, and be part of an intentional and supportive team.

Position Details
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; we are looking to add some Thursdays in the short term. (Long term we will be open 4 days)
Location: Pineville, NC
Compensation: $19–$24/hour depending on experience, certifications, and fit

What You’ll Do
Chairside Dental Assisting (Primary Role):
Set up and break down treatment rooms
Assist during exams, procedures, and cleanings
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Take X-rays and document in Open Dental
Front Desk Support (As Needed):
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and help manage scheduling
Present and explain basic treatment plans
Who We’re Looking For
Confident, upbeat, and professional
Quick learner with strong initiative
Critical thinker who can solve problems and adapt to change
Organized, dependable, and always ready to pitch in
NC X-ray Certification
Preferred experience:
1+ year of dental assisting
Coronal polishing certification is a bonus, but not required—we're happy to support you in getting it.
