Dental Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a patient-focused dental practice that takes pride in providing excellent care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, compassionate, a team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients and working alongside a great dental team.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatment
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
Assist with patient seating, charting, and treatment documentation
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Prepare materials and supplies for procedures
Provide patients with a comfortable and positive experience
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and office protocols
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked operatories
Help with other daily clinical and office responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Dental assisting certification/credentials as required by the state
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and excellent patient-care skills
Comfortable learning new technology and dental software
