Job Description
Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who loves what you do, enjoys connecting with patients and thrives in a fast paced environment?
Our team is growing after welcoming a new Dentist last year and an addition of two new operatories! We are looking for a full- time Dental Assistant who is motivated, dependable, team oriented and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Our Practice believes dentistry should be both professional and enjoyable! We work hard, pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care, laugh often and truly value creating a great experience for our patients!
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist by providing chairside support during a variety of dental procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
Ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment.
Operate and maintain 3D scanners and EMR systems, ensuring accurate documentation of patient records.
Perform vitals assessments and take digital X-rays and and intra oral photos.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Strong patient interaction and communication skills.
Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control protocol.
Collaborating with team to create an exceptional patient experience.
Candidates should have a minimum of one- year chair side experience, have a strong work ethic, love dentistry, take pride in their work and lead with a positive, can-do attitude. Position is full- time, 4-5 days a week (we work 2 Fridays a month) with a competitive benefit package including: medical, in- house dental, employee discount on Botox and Dermal Filler, PTO (including 6 paid holidays), 401k match plan and uniform allowance.
