Now Hiring: Certified Dental Assistant (Part-Time)
White Pine Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team!
This is a part-time position offering 16–30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. As a growing practice, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
Taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays).
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical notes.
Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Ensuring operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Following infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Helping create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
Supporting the clinical team with other day-to-day duties as needed.
We're looking for someone who:
Is a Certified Dental Assistant (or eligible to work as one in British Columbia).
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Has a positive attitude and a strong focus on patient care.
Is willing to work flexible hours between 16 and 30 hours per week.
