Dental Assistant

Anchor Dental, located in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a full time dental assistant to join our energetic team. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 7:30am-6pm Wednesday and Thursday 7:30-5pm CLOSED on Friday. Successful applicant must be team oriented and self motivated.

We are are a busy general dentistry practice that performs sealants, Invisalign, periodontics, dental implant crowns, Itero scanning, composite and amalgam restorations, crowns, bridges, and tray bleaching.

Responsibilities
Seat patient and update health history
Set up instruments and equipment as needed
Sterilize instruments
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Impressions and lab work as needed
Provide post-operative care instructions
Keep the operatory sterilized and organized
Skills
1-3 years of dental assisting preferred but not required
Knowledge of OSHA compliance
Dentrix knowledge preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service
Well-organized, reliable, and dependable
High school diploma or equivalent
Radiology certification
Looking to hire immediately
