Dental Assistant (DA/RDA)
A+ Family Dental – Poway, CA
A+ Family Dental is seeking a full-time dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our friendly and professional team! We are a well-established, patient-centered practice in Poway, CA, focused on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and positive environment.
Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation/Benefits:
Monthly performance bonus (based on meeting requirements)
Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits
Requirements:
Valid DA or RDA license (California)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication skills with patients and team
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of care
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Open to constructive feedback and ongoing learning
