Job Description
Our privately owned, solo dentist client practice in the beautiful Rochester, NY area is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join a small, close knit clinical team who values teamwork, clear communication, and providing an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do
Greet and support patients throughout their visit
Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials
Assist chairside using efficient 4-handed dentistry
Fabricate provisional crowns and light lab work
Pack cord for restorative procedures
Maintain accurate clinical notes
Perform diagnostic imaging with Pano, CBCT, IOS
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the day running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Credentialed Dental Assistant (required)
1+ year of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
Strong 4-handed dentistry skills
Outstanding patient education and time management skills
Dentrix experience a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
4-day work week with long weekends!
