Dental Assistant/RDA

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who wants more than just a job… someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team where they are valued, respected, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities:

- Treatment planning entry via Open Dental

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care

- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate medical records

- Assist with medical documentation, including patient assessments and dental coding

- Utilize CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations. We have a Medit Scanner.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant work experience

- X-ray certification required

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping

- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus
