We’re Hiring Dental Assistants!

Our growing dental practice is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident clinical leader with strong chairside skills and experience in implant, orthodontic, and restorative dentistry.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Prosthodontist, Periodontist, Orthodontist & General Dentist
Assist with implant, orthodontic, and restorative procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Ensure efficient patient flow and smooth daily operations
Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards
Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation
Anticipate doctors’ needs during procedures
Help front desk schedule appointments and answer phone calls
Monitor clinical supplies and assist with inventory management
Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional clinical environment
Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience required
Lead or Advanced dental assistant experience preferred
Strong experience with implants, ortho and restorative dentistry strongly preferred
Experience with traditional orthodontic brackets and wires is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Open Dental experience
One2 Imaging experience
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
