Job Description
Position Overview - (minimum 1 year experience)
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
Assist the dentist during a variety of general and cosmetic procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
Perform coronal polishing, impressions, and other duties within the RDA scope of practice.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
Maintain accurate clinical records and charting.
Monitor inventory and help keep operatories fully stocked.
Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (optional if you have more than 2 years of working experience as a dental assistant).
Current X-Ray License.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital imaging and dental software is preferred.
Experience with Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and same-day treatment workflows is a plus.

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
