Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused individual looking to join a growing dental team? We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support the daily operations of our dental office.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Process insurance claims, billing, and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
Support both clinical and administrative operations as needed (dentalofficejobs.ca)
Qualifications
Dental assisting certification or relevant dental office experience preferred
Previous dental reception experience is an asset
Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Tracker, AbelDent, etc.) is an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
