Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Family dental practice in Lakeview looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a dental receptionist/assistant. We are looking for a multi-talented individual who can help support the clinical team and is a great communicator. Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental assistant is a plus.

Day-to-day tasks include:
Instrument sterilization
Set-up and breakdown of rooms
Document patient notes for Doctor
Explain post-op instructions and check out patients
Communicating treatment plan and patient scheduling needs
Chair-side assisting for Doctor and/or hygiene
Seat patients, take x-rays and intraoral photos, scan teeth
Maintain clinical and storage cleanliness
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and insurance benefits
Hours:
Typically 40 hours/week including two Saturdays a month.
