Position: Dental Receptionist & Assistant
Experience Required: Prior dental field experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered. Must have experience in either front desk or assisting; we’re happy to train in the other.

About the Role:
As our Dental Receptionist & Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital support to both patients and providers. This dual role blends front-desk coordination with hands-on clinical assistance, allowing you to play a key role in delivering a smooth and supportive patient experience from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Coordination
Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally.
Discuss treatment plans and help patients understand procedures, timelines, and costs.
Review insurance coverage and present financial options clearly.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software.
Clinical Support
Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Take X-rays and impressions
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices.
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in dental reception, assisting, treatment coordination, or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and office protocols.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with dental practice management software (experience with [insert system name if applicable] is a plus).
Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
