Summary
We are seeking a someone for a dual role Dental Assistant Level II - Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations from our location. Your contribution will help us uphold our mission of caring for the dental needs of our community.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage appointment scheduling.
Assist dentists during procedures and prepare treatment rooms.
Sterilize dental instruments with proficiency.
Help Hygienists turn over rooms, perio charting, and x-ray/polish/Fluoride.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about treatments.
Maintain electronic medical records accurately using CurveHero.
Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a friendly environment that makes patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Qualifications
CDA Level II assistant
Learn the role of front desk/receptionist.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Someone who values working in a supportive team environment
Comfortable engaging and speaking with nervous patients.
Strong knowledge of dental clinical treatment.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
Administrative or office experience is advantageous.
