As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience. While this is an entry-level position, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow into a confident, knowledgeable team member. You'll receive training to become proficient in welcoming patients, coordinating new patient paperwork, discussing financial agreements and office policies, collecting payments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, answering phones and emails, and confidently addressing general patient questions. Above all, we're seeking someone who is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
