Treatment Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist
This key position is one of the most important roles in delivering on our promise.

We are seeking someone who prides themselves on building a rapport of trust and commitment to our patients and team-members. A desire to learn and follow-through is critical for success. Attention to detail, a working knowledge of office processes, and a high standard of professional appearance and performance are essential.

This role is responsible for coordinating patient scheduling, documenting patient treatment plans within the practice systems, knowledgeably discuss common dental procedures with both clinicians and patients, understanding and being comfortable discussing payment plans and arrangements with patients, and helping support the creation of in-house dental appliances and lab/operatory tasks as needed.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous Dental or Medical Office Experience preferred but not required
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Highly Organized
