Job Description
Busy, mostly Hispanic patient population, single location multi-specialty, mercury-free environment cash & PPO Family, General and Multispecialty Dentistry Practice located in Orange County is seeking an experienced, open-minded and hard working full time individual for the Front Office/Receptionist position to join the team immediately.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Checking in patients, filing paperless patient information and charts including scanning new and old information, correctly managing incoming calls, take new patient information over the phone, preparing for next day's patients (eligibility, etc), confirm patients, keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized, keeping coffee and refreshments stocked and ready for our patients in the waiting area and for the staff in the back lounge, make bank deposits, etc.
Required qualities are: knowledge and experience in dentistry terms and procedures, a bubbly personality, outgoing, friendly, charismatic, write more than 35 words per minute, DA license, X-Ray license.
