Duties
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency
Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow.
Verify insurance coverage, process payments.
Maintain accurate dental records, review documentation for completeness, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies
Assist dentist during procedures by preparing instruments, taking x-rays, and providing chairside support
Manage phone communication with patients, answer inquiries, reschedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Proven clinic experience in a dental office setting with familiarity in dental office workflow.
Exceptional patient service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with experience in dental office front desk operations.
