Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Our established dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, has excellent customer service skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Dental experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions
Prepare treatment rooms before procedures
Assist the doctor during dental procedures
Clean and disinfect operatories after each patient
Submit and follow up on insurance claims
Schedule referrals and coordinate patient care
Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
Perform general front office administrative duties
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in both front and back office duties
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
