Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Schedule appointments efficiently and coordinate patient intake processes
Review and update dental records and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist the Dentist during procedures.

Prepare instruments and dental operatories
Ensure proper documentation for billing purposes
Experience
Prior medical or dental office experience is highly preferred, but NOT required; familiarity with dental terminology is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and courteously
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
