Job Description
DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Pristine Dental in Liberty Township is growing and looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our front office team.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive dental environment, we'd love to meet you! "Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong customer service background and a great attitude."
Responsibilities Include:
✔ Scheduling appointments
✔ Answering phones and assisting patients
✔ Insurance verification and benefit review
✔ Patient check-in and check-out
✔ Treatment scheduling and routing patients
✔ Filing and maintaining patient records
✔ Assisting with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
✔ Dental office experience preferred but not required
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Positive attitude and professional appearance
✔ Computer proficiency
