Are you a skilled Dental Assistant who loves taking care of patients and being part of a positive, high-energy team?

We are a growing private dental practice in Costa Mesa looking for an exceptional DA or RDA who brings both clinical excellence and a great personality to work every day.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday
Some shifts begin as early as 7:00 AM
Some shifts finish as late as 7:00 PM
Full-time position
What We're Looking For
We are not looking for someone who simply shows up and takes x-rays. We are looking for someone who:
Has strong clinical assisting skills
Can take excellent digital x-rays
Is comfortable with crowns, fillings, Invisalign, implants, extractions, and specialty procedures
Has a positive, friendly personality
Makes patients feel comfortable and cared for
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Is dependable and punctual
Takes initiative and helps wherever needed
Communicates professionally with patients and teammates
Enjoys learning and growing
Qualifications
Current DA or RDA license (RDA preferred)
Current CPR certification and x-ray certification
Minimum 1 years dental assisting experience preferred

Due to our schedule and patient care needs, applicants must live within 10 miles of our Costa Mesa office. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are essential for this position.
