Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Prosthodontic Specialty Practice
Join a High-Performing Dental Team Where You Can Grow
We are a high-quality, fee-for-service prosthodontic practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant (DA), Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), or RDAEF who takes pride in doing things the right way.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply "assist." We want a dedicated, dependable, highly teachable team member who is interested in building a long-term career with our practice.

The ideal candidate has solid dental experience, understands dental terminology and clinical workflow, and is comfortable working in a specialty environment. Just as importantly, you are someone who wants to learn, accepts coaching, takes initiative, pays attention to details, and is committed to becoming exceptionally good at your job.

If you are looking for a practice where you can develop your skills, work alongside an experienced doctor and team, and become an important long-term member of the practice, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Do
Provide efficient, professional chairside dental assisting and four-handed dentistry
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Assist with prosthodontic and specialty dental procedures

Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging when appropriate
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection-control standards
Help maintain an organized, efficient clinical workflow
Learn to fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and provisional restorations
Assist with patient education and provide an exceptional overall patient experience
Work collaboratively with the doctor and entire dental team to provide excellent care
What We Are Looking For
Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in dentistry, preferably as a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant
Experience with Dentrix dental software is required
Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, procedures, and clinical workflow
Experience with four-handed dentistry

Professional, polished, dependable, and team-oriented demeanor
Preferred:
Experience in prosthodontics or another dental specialty
Experience with intraoral scanners / digital dentistry
Dental photography experience
Experience with temporary crowns, provisional restorations, impressions, or complex restorative procedures

The Person We Want on Our Team

We are looking for someone who:
Wants to stay and grow with a practice long-term
Is highly teachable and receptive to coaching
Takes pride in continually improving their clinical skills
Is dependable and follows through on commitments
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Is organized, detail-oriented, and prepared
Can work independently while also being an excellent team player
Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally
Treats patients with genuine compassion and respect
Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy or challenging days
Understands that small details can make a major difference in patient care
Is comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
Takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to make the team better
Our Practice
We are a fee-for-service prosthodontic practice committed to providing exceptional clinical care and an outstanding patient experience.
