We are a high-end, modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, and advanced dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, trays, instruments, and materials for procedures
Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
Take digital scans using the iTero scanner
Manage dental supply inventory
Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments
Assist with veneers, crowns, implants, and cosmetic procedures (RDAEF experience is a plus)
Training will be provided, and we are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
Current California RDA or RDAEF license
X-Ray Certification (Required)
Coronal Polishing license (Required)
Experience operating a digital intraoral scanner
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality
Experience with iv sedation is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills
Cosmetic dentistry experience
Implant assisting experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and professional growth
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $27.00 – $34.00 per hour
Full-Time Monday- Thursday
