Job Description
We're a family-owned group of dental offices in North Texas. We are not corporate dentistry. Our offices include Sanger (sanger-dentist.com) and Trophy Club (trophy-club-dentist.com), and more locations are on the way across the region. We do everything from family and preventive care to implants, full-arch and same-day smiles. Our patients tell us we treat them like family. We take time to explain things, we don't judge, and we're gentle with nervous patients. We want teammates who care just as much.
Positions open at our Sanger, Trophy Club, and McKinney offices.
Pay: $20–$26/hour depending on experience. RDAs who take X-rays and do intraoral scanning start at the top of the range.
What you'll do
Chairside assisting for general, restorative, surgical and implant procedures (extractions, implant placement, full-arch cases)
Take radiographs and intraoral scans/digital impressions (RDA)
Seat patients, review their medical history, and keep them comfortable and informed, especially anxious patients
Set up, break down and sterilize operatories and instruments, following infection-control and OSHA standards
Chart accurately and keep schedules up to date in our practice management software
Help the doctor and the treatment coordinator explain treatment plans and post-op instructions
Keep rooms stocked and help with inventory
What we're looking for
Strong clinical skills. We want assistants who can anticipate the doctor's next move
Chairside dental assisting experience
Texas RDA certificate (TSBDE) strongly preferred and required to take radiographs. Current CPR/BLS
Warm and calm with patients, a team player, reliable and on time
Surgical, implant or full-arch assisting experience is a big plus
CareStack experience is a plus. Every office runs CareStack
Coronal polishing, sealant or nitrous certificates are a plus
Willing to float between offices when needed
