Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Alma Dental Care – Petaluma, CA
Pay: $27.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday–Thursday with some Fridays

Alma Dental Care is a modern, patient-focused private practice in beautiful Petaluma, California. We are looking for a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. If you enjoy providing exceptional patient care, working alongside a supportive team, and take pride in delivering quality dentistry, we'd love to meet you.
Qualifications
Dental Assistants: Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience required.
Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs): New or experienced RDAs are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable assisting with a variety of general dental procedures
Knowledge of digital radiography and dental software is a plus
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images (as permitted by licensure)
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Fabricate temporary crowns and take impressions when appropriate
Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
Maintain accurate clinical records
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
