As an Experienced Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in both clinical efficiency and patient comfort. You will support our dentists across a wide range of procedures, ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, and keep the daily workflow running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent clinical intuition, and brings a positive, upbeat attitude to the team.
What we're looking for:
Chairside Assisting: Provide skilled four handed dentistry for general dental procedures.
Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, review medical histories, take vitals, and provide clear, comforting post operative instructions.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral impressions/scans .
Sterilization & Compliance: Manage infection control by sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and strictly adhering to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA regulations.
Clinical Workflow: Maintain accurate digital patient records and collaborate with the front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active experience as a dental assistant.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix
Team Fit: A team first mindset, a great sense of humor, and the ability to keep things light and positive during a busy day.
