We are looking for a Dental Assistant with multiple years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is not a traditional “general dentistry” role — you will be assisting on high-value cosmetic cases, full smile makeovers, veneers, and complex treatment plans alongside a team focused on excellence, aesthetics, and patient care.

What You’ll Do
Assist the doctor during cosmetic and restorative procedures
Prepare operatories and instruments for high-end smile makeover cases
Capture clinical photos, scans, and assist with digital workflows
Ensure patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout treatment
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Support efficient case flow and assist with same-day procedures when needed
Work closely with the clinical and lab team to help deliver exceptional results
Help create a luxury-level patient experience from consultation to final reveal
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing Personality
At least 2+ years of experience with high end cosmetic cases, all on x, implants
Loves to talk to patients and get to know them
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and transformational dentistry
Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow
