We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with patients, and wants to be part of a practice where their contributions are recognized and valued.
About the Position
We’re seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Dental Assistant to work alongside the doctor and support the daily clinical operations of our practice. Ideally, you have at least one year of dental assisting experience and are comfortable providing efficient chairside assistance while helping patients feel relaxed and well cared for.
We value team members who take initiative, anticipate the doctor's needs, pay attention to detail, and understand that a great dental experience goes beyond the clinical procedure.
Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Follow appropriate sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
Take dental radiographs as permitted by applicable state requirements and credentials.
Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointments.
Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation.
Keep operatories organized, clean, and properly stocked.
Anticipate the doctor's needs and help appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with the doctor and the rest of the team.
Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive office atmosphere.
Qualifications
At least one year of dental assisting experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, procedures, and infection control.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and anticipate clinical needs.
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
Required radiography certification and other credentials in accordance with applicable state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay: $22–$34 per hour, based on experience, skills, and capabilities.
Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
