The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant who brings skill, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience and supporting our doctors through a wide range of general and advanced procedures.

What We’re Looking For
Florida Certified Dental Assistant (Required)
Minimum 1 year of chairside dental-assisting experience (Required)
Dentrix knowledge (Required)
Experience taking digital impressions and working with digital radiography (Required)
Active X-ray certification (Required)
Proficiency in making temporary crowns (Required)
Proficiency in packing cord (Required)
English (Required)
Spanish (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of chairside assisting techniques and dental instruments
Excellent communication, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled chairside assistance during exams, surgeries, and restorative procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring full sterilization and readiness
Capture and process digital X-rays and manage accurate clinical records in Dentrix while adhering to HIPAA standards
Educate and support patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Partner with clinical and front-office teams to ensure a seamless, patient-focused flow
