Dental Assistant – High-Tech, Luxe Practice (Friday Early Outs!)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Location: Rockville/North Bethesda, MD (Smilewell)

The Perks
Early Weekends: Our clinical day ends at 1:30 PM every Friday.

What You’ll Do
Precision Chairside Assistance: Support a variety of procedures including restorative work, endodontics, and dental implants.
Digital Mastery: Handle digital impressions (iTero) and 3D imaging (CBCT) as part of our cinematic patient journey.
Clinical Flow: Lead the way in operatory setup/breakdown, sterilization, and maintaining a high-efficiency schedule.
Stock & Inventory: Oversee clinical supplies and manage ordering to ensure the team is always fully equipped.
Departmental Synergy: When needed, assist the hygiene team with patient seating, charting, and room prep to maintain office-wide efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A solid background in dental assisting and a deep understanding of clinical materials.
Certification: A valid Radiology certification is a must.
Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, "luxe" clinical environment.
Bonus Points: If you have an interest in dental photography or helping us showcase our work on social media, that’s a huge plus!

Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Note: Potential for additional weekday hours. Future occasional Saturdays (approx. once per month) may be added as we grow.
