Job Description
Hi! I am Dr. Fred, we need a Full Time Dental Assistant DA or RDA
We have a wonderful team that really looks after each other and genuinely like each other. That's our secret to having a fun, happy environment that patients can feel as well. That's why we are the highest rated yelp office in San Diego! We never over treat and we make both the staff and patients feel comfortable and happy! And when the staff gives good vibes, the patients do too!
We are looking for an assistant with at least 2 years of chairside experience. Preferably someone who is willing to learn and adapt quickly. Someone who is reliable, dependable and with a great positive attitude. Experience with making Temp Crowns is highly appreciated.
Our hours are: M-TH 8:30-6:00pm with lunch from 1:00-2:00pm (3 day weekends!!)

Dental (free work of course!)
Additional Bonuses based on how many Invisalign cases we do and also production bonuses monthly
40 hours of PTO after 1 year & 80 hours after 2 years.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You will provide vital chairside support to our dentists and hygienists, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain a highly efficient, sterile clinical environment.
Clinical Chairside Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting: Assist dentists during procedures like fillings, root canals, crowns, and extractions.
Hygienist Support: Assist dental hygienists with taking and processing patient dental X-rays to optimize appointment flow.
Patient Comfort: Prepare patients for treatment, position them comfortably, and alleviate any procedural anxieties.
Fluid Management: Maintain a dry operational field using high-volume evacuators and saliva ejectors.
Radiography: Expose and process high-quality digital dental X-rays following strict safety protocols.
Physical & Digital Impressions: Take accurate preliminary dental impressions as well as digital impressions w/ iTero
Infection Control & Operations
Sterilization: Disinfect instruments, handpieces, and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Operatory Turnover: Sanitize and prepare treatment rooms between patients with sterile tool trays.
Daily Facility Care: Empty and replace trash liners daily in operatories and clinical areas to maintain cleanliness.
Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and restock clinical supplies in all operatories.
We are a one doctor private practice with an amazing, friendly and fun staff of 5 team members and the doctor.
