Job Description
Overview
Established general dental practice in San Jose near Willow Glen is seeking a TEMP Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to provide coverage for a team member going on maternity leave through November.
Office Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
(Flexible working hours available)
We are also open one Saturday per month (typically the second Saturday of the month) and closed the Friday prior.
We are seeking a reliable, professional candidate with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Prior dental assisting experience preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply
Coronal Polishing Certificate required
X-ray Certificate required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Willingness to assist with additional office duties as needed
