Job Summary
Our practice is growing and we're seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team. If you are looking for a long term career with room for growth, we want to speak with you! Our multi-location practice is owned and operated by some of the most respected dental specialists in Westchester County.

Dental Assistant Duties
Assist dentists during a variety of endodontic procedures, ensuring proper chairside support and patient comfort
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, adhering to infection control protocols
Set up for X-rays and medical imaging, including 3D scans, following safety standards and patient privacy guidelines
Stock and clean operatories
Scheduling Coordinator Duties
Manage patient appointments using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
Answer multi-line phone system
Assist patients with registration, discharge and insurance processes
Verify patient insurance coverage and process medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and kept confidential
Requirements
Proven experience working in a dental office with knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
Proficiency with computers and in EMR systems; familiarity with HIPAA compliance is essential
Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while maintaining patient comfort and safety standards
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and elderly
Knowledge of endodontics is highly desirable but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
